Materials & Safety

What is your jewelry made of?

All of our pieces are made from ASTM-F136 implant-grade titanium — the same titanium trusted in medical implants. It is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, nickel-free and hypoallergenic, and available in a natural silver tone or a polished warm gold tone.

Is it safe for new or healing piercings?

Yes. ASTM-F136 titanium is one of the safest materials for fresh and healing piercings and is recommended by professional piercers. Our pieces are nickel-free and gentle on sensitive skin.

Will the color fade or tarnish?

Titanium never tarnishes or rusts. With normal wear and proper care, our finishes stay beautiful for years — simply keep your jewelry dry and store it in a soft pouch.

Are the stones real?

We use high-quality cubic zirconia and premium synthetic gemstones that deliver the same sparkle, clarity and durability as natural stones at a fraction of the price.

Sizing & Fit

What gauge (thickness) do you offer?

Unless stated otherwise, our standard post is 1.2mm (16G) — the most common gauge for ear, lip and nose piercings.

How do I choose the right length?

For a standard lobe or helix piercing, an 8mm post fits most people. Choose 6mm for thinner cartilage or snug lobes, and 10mm for thicker tissue or during the healing stage. If you are between sizes, we recommend going slightly longer.

How do I choose my hoop diameter?

Hoop sizes are listed on every product page. If you already own a hoop that fits well, simply measure its inner diameter and match it.

Wearing & Care

How do I insert internally threaded jewelry?

Insert the post through your piercing first, then gently screw the decorative top onto the post — turning the top, not the post, makes it much easier. Never force it; if it doesn't thread smoothly, re-seat the top and try again.

How should I clean my jewelry?

Clean with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap, or use sterile saline solution for healing piercings. Pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and harsh chemicals, which can irritate healing skin.

How do I care for titanium and gold-tone pieces?

Remove your jewelry before swimming in pools or the ocean, and before applying lotions or perfumes. Store each piece dry in a soft pouch to keep it looking new.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days for the United States and 10–25 business days for other destinations. Tracking is provided for every order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide to most countries and regions.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all orders over $29. Orders under $29 are charged a flat rate of $4.99. International rates may vary slightly at checkout depending on your location.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Returns & Support

What is your return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced jewelry cannot be returned once it has been worn. Unworn items in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
